If there’s one piece of advice I’d offer my younger self, it would be:

find your ‘why’ and let it guide every decision you make. Don’t make choices out of confusion or societal pressure—make them because you understand who you are and where you’re headed.

For me, that ‘why’ has always been about helping others unlock their hidden potential. Today, I call it IAAM—It’s All About Me, but the impact is all about everyone else.

Growing Up

I wasn’t always sure I’d become a business growth expert and corporate trainer, but I knew I was meant to work with people. As a child, I was curious about human behavior—how a simple word of encouragement could change someone’s day, or how good communication could resolve misunderstandings faster than blame ever could.

While I didn’t come from a family with abundant resources, I was surrounded by supportive people and big dreams. My parents instilled in me a relentless drive to learn and share knowledge. Whether it was volunteering at local community events or speaking at small gatherings, I found early on that teaching and uplifting others gave me immense joy.

My Early Years in Training

Straight out of college, I began to gravitate toward people development roles. I found myself facilitating workshops for friends and neighbors—on anything from basic communication skills to motivation hacks. Every small success story fueled my passion.

Those days taught me valuable lessons:

Practical Results trump theoretical knowledge.
Empathy is the bridge between teacher and learner.
Consistency is key—helping people is a long-term commitment, not a one-time event.

The Entrepreneurial Spark

As I gained experience, I noticed a gap—most organizations provided “standardized” training that rarely addressed individual transformation. Determined to change this, I founded IAAM (It’s All About Me) Training Services. The name might sound self-centered, but it’s really about focusing on each person—their growth, their journey, and their potential.

Over the last 8+ years, I’ve had the privilege of:

Training over 10,000 employees across India.
Coaching 1,387+ trainers, sharing 4,000+ hours of content just in the first quarter of 2024.
Consulting with small businesses to double their profits within a year.
From shop floor operators to top-level CEOs, each engagement reinforced my belief that when you invest in people, you invest in sustainable success.

Joining Forces and Growing Bigger

My path led me to collaborate with renowned associations, including:

ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development)
ICE x (Internet Coaching Empire)
Trainers Conclave (the largest trainers’ group in the world)
These affiliations expanded my horizon, allowing me to learn from other experts and share IAAM’s methodologies with a global audience. Networking with peers and industry leaders also opened doors to innovative training formats—such as digital courses, outbound team-building experiences, and high-ticket funnel creation for ambitious entrepreneurs.

My Mission: Transform 10 Million Lives by 2030

Nothing drives me more than the vision of positively impacting 10 million lives, both online and offline. I want people—whether they’re fresh graduates stepping into their first jobs or seasoned professionals scaling their businesses—to experience:

Clarity: Know where you’re headed.
Confidence: Believe in your ability to get there.
Continuous Growth: Never stop learning or adapting.

What I Love Doing

Engaging audiences with stories that inspire real, actionable change.
Guiding individuals to break through self-limiting beliefs.
Designing funnels and growth strategies to help companies thrive.
Because a bit of levity can turn any tough lesson into a memorable one.
I genuinely believe in making every training session interactive, fun, and meaningful. Life is too short for boring workshops!

My Mantra

“It’s All About Me” isn’t about being selfish. It’s a reminder that real change starts from within. If we can elevate ourselves—our mindset, our skills, our sense of purpose—we automatically uplift the people around us.
