Welcome to IAAM Training Services (“IAAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.iaam.in (the “Site”) and any products, services, or information provided by IAAM through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Site and Services immediately.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or purchase our Services. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.1 Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Programs
We offer specialized TTT certification programs. Enrollment and participation in these programs may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria provided at the time of registration.
2.2 Digital Courses
We provide digital courses on various topics such as leadership, communication, sales, and more. These courses may include video tutorials, downloadable materials, and interactive sessions.
2.3 Physical Products
We sell physical products, including but not limited to books and training props. All purchases of physical products are subject to availability and the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
2.4 Business Growth & Funnel Services
We offer consulting and coaching services related to business growth, funnel creation, and marketing strategies. The outcome of these services may vary based on multiple factors, including your active participation and external market conditions.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of our Site may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update such information promptly in the event of any changes.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other methods as indicated during checkout. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
5.3 Taxes

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, IAAM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAAM, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall IAAM’s total liability for direct damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is less.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold IAAM harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the use of the Site and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [the jurisdiction—e.g., the State of Maharashtra, India], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 No Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and IAAM’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms.
